Just wanted to say how pleased we are with the glass porch fitted by your company yesterday it looks stunning.
compliments as well to your installers who were apart from being very skilled fitters were clean, tidy and courteous and as such a credit to your company.
I have had first class service from FGC from the day I first spoke to Adrian about my idea through to installation.
I will arrange to pay the outstanding balance for the work today.

The amazing glass door has transformed our kitchen and given it a wonderful inside/outside living feel and flooded the room with sunlight. It’s a fantastic product. The whole team at FGC were superb.
Great Product and great service
I can not fault the FGC team and most importantly the doors! We love our new Frameless Glass Curtains. We had a few delays on our project and adjusting the install date was never any problem for FGC.

Couldn’t be happier with the product, it really has enhanced the vision that we had for our lounge and our garden.
I was also so impressed with the manner and knowledge of your fitters who were not only very engaging but were also so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the item they were installing. It clearly wasn’t just about a job, it just seemed to be about the ethos of the company, your management and the reason they had come to my home.

Amazing Service
We’ve FGC doors installed in our rear extension and they really are the highlight of the whole development. The support from the FGC guys has been friendly and really responsive – Brilliant service all round!
Wonderful
We have been amazing our friends and family with our FGC since we had it installed a few weeks ago. Every ‘trade’ that is working on site has been fascinated and suitably impressed with the product and engineering. We are over the moon as it has really been the star of our home extension. Thanks too to the installers who were great!
Look Great and Slide Beautifully
As it happens, we are still sadly not in the house. We should be however at the end of February which will be great!
I can however pretty much respond to the below as I have been able to test the doors.
1. Your performance was excellent from what has been reported by the builders. They mentioned that you were happy to leave you to complete the work and had no problems. They did unfortunately give you a wrong height for the doors meaning their is a little lip on both inside an outside but I can live with that and it is not your fault! With respect to dealing with me – I have been very happy with the service (although I haven’t yet been sent the additional rubber bits agreed) and you sent a copy of the keys promptly after they had not been left in the doors.
2. With regards to the doors – they look great and they slide beautifully … or at least the 1 door I have tried does. The only issue at the moment is that we are protecting them with sheets in front so I cannot exactly see them in all their glory … soon I hope!
With regards to the review, I can write a more complete one when the guys are finished – the question re tidiness is not one I could answer as it is a building site and very messy beforehand so hard to notice additional mess! Joking aside, I’m waiting works to be finished to send you an unbiased review (which I’m sure will be positive) and also to include some nice photos that I would be more than happy for you to display on your website.
