A strip of the furry trim at the top of the frame that the doors run on had come loose. On the one hand the sort of thing that one could have a go at fixing; on the other hand having witnessed the care and attention the FGC installation team do their work; I thought it best to leave it to them. Not an emergency, I contacted HQ FGC and asked that when a team were in the area could they give me 30min of their time. A fortnight later a team returning from Totnes spent 5min cutting a new trim in place, and a further 15min wiping down the frame, respraying the seals and the runners, and generally leaving the doors and the immediate area immaculate.

I have nothing but praise for FGC who have just replaced a panel in my frameless glass curtain which is almost 10years old…there was no quibble and they replaced it quickly and efficiently…I would recommend their frameless product to anyone wanting a stunning addition to their home..with 5 star service

We struggled to find a supplier to fit a glass balcony. Frameless Glass however were great – they gave us a clear and competitive quote, turned up when they said they would, and just got on and did the job! Friendly guys, and we love the end result which looks good from the outside, and gives us a lovely uninterrupted view of our garden pond.

We recently bought our house with Frameless glass curtains installed and they certainly give a wow factor to our London Victorian cottage – admired by all our visitors – the aftercare service and warranty has been excellent .

All of our dealings with FGC have been great. They are professional, friendly and accommodating. Our glass curtain is wonderful and we love it even more than we thought we would. The few little settling in issues we’ve had have been dealt with so quickly and their technical team are incredibly easy to deal with. We can’t praise them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Our FGC sliding doors were installed in May 2018.
Although we have had two relatively minor problems – neither of which stopped the doors from working – FGC have attended very promptly to carry out remedial action.
Excellent customer service from head office and excellent service from install technicians.
Many visitors comment most favourably on appearance and functionality.

We used FGC to manufacture and install frameless glass doors on all three sides of a large terrace bay. The design was complex and required a flexible and innovative approach to their existing designs. The result was outstanding – clear uninterrupted views over the countryside and a flexible opening pattern which allows fresh air no matter the weather. FGC worked well with the architects and builders on this major project and have provided a responsive and flexible after-care service. But they still need to improve their handle design!
