As to how we were from initial contact (were we polite)?
Very polite and attentive, always got back quickly with answers to queries but there was no hard sell which I really appreciated after being bombarded by calls and contacts from other companies! The measuring up part seemed more complicated than it needed to be. The initial drawings and some of the subsequent ones had errors on that I needed to phone and change (e.g. the wrong colour number, incorrect measurements – numbers in the wrong order etc), and it made me apprehensive that the correct measurements were fully understood by all. Phone calls into Gary and Paul were really helpful, but I didn’t find the visit from Steve very helpful or his subsequent amendments. The pencil drawings that come out with the final quote were not clear, and with such an expense I think I would have felt more reassured with a clear technical drawing.
Arranging installation (were we on time and on schedule)
Yes (bit delayed by traffic but called and updated us). Quick installation, good explanation of how they worked

Cannot fault either the service or workmanship delivered by Frameless Glass Curtains, with the end result far exceeding our already high expectations. Accordingly, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to our family, friends and colleagues; fully acknowledging a job very well done indeed.

We were recommended to use FGC by our builder and one of us visited a client who had recently had his installation. We have been hampered with delays regarding our lounge where the doors were being installed so it was refreshing to have FGC arrive at 8am and be finsihed installing and waiting for a sign off by 1pm. The work was quick efficient and faultless. We would highly recommend the product and the service

Since the installation, a dramatic improvement in insulation and noise attenuation was immediately apparent when the window is closed, but the ease with which the window can be opened up and stowed discreetly to one side is quite breath taking and magical.
