frameless glass doors invited me to their workshop to view the glass curtains for myself, and to show me how they were made. Installation was clean and tidy. When they say they are going to turn up, they do, and are always on time.The product looks great. It’s nearly a year since you installed our glass curtains. They have been really great, exceeding our expectations, particularly during the winter months when they were absolutely draught free. I can however pretty much respond to the below as I have been able to test the doors.
1. Your performance was excellent from what has been reported by the builders. They mentioned that you were happy to leave you to complete the work and had no problems. They did unfortunately give you a wrong height for the doors meaning their is a little lip on both inside an outside but I can live with that and it is not your fault! With respect to dealing with me – I have been very happy with the service (although I haven’t yet been sent the additional rubber bits agreed) and you sent a copy of the keys promptly after they had not been left in the doors.
2. With regards to the doors – they look great and they slide beautifully … or at least the 1 door I have tried does. The only issue at the moment is that we are protecting them with sheets in front so I cannot exactly see them in all their glory … soon I hope!
With regards to the review, I can write a more complete one when the guys are finished – the question re tidiness is not one I could answer as it is a building site and very messy beforehand so hard to notice additional mess! Joking aside, I’m waiting works to be finished to send you an unbiased review (which I’m sure will be positive) and also to include some nice photos that I would be more than happy for you to display on your website.
Unit has been replaced thank you, once again I find FGC have responded to a problem with a no quibble replacement, it is good to know that there is still companies left who honour their guarantee in the proper manner and send installation teams that carry out their work in a professional manner with competence and courtesy, I would be quite willing to give any prospective customers a reference if that would be of interest

A strip of the furry trim at the top of the frame that the doors run on had come loose. On the one hand the sort of thing that one could have a go at fixing; on the other hand having witnessed the care and attention the FGC installation team do their work; I thought it best to leave it to them. A strip of the furry trim at the top of the frame that the doors run on had come loose. On the one hand the sort of thing that one could have a go at fixing; on the other hand having witnessed the care and attention the FGC installation team do their work; I thought it best to leave it to them. Not an emergency, I contacted HQ FGC and asked that when a team were in the area could they give me 30min of their time. A fortnight later a team returning from Totnes spent 5min cutting a new trim in place, and a further 15min wiping down the frame, respraying the seals and the runners, and generally leaving the doors and the immediate area immaculate.

They were polite, helpful and fitted in seamlessly with the existing project team responsible for the restoration of this significant village property. The boys worked without fuss, cheerful with a ‘can do’ attitude taking the time to explain the system as they fitted it. The house belongs to Simon Menzies an old friend from the Army, he and his wife were not present,

He was recently a guest of the Master of The World, regretfully he missed Mick and Baz who had departed when he walked across to photograph the glass curtains for Claire Menzies who commissioned them. The boys said FGC were fitting on The World at some point in the future, Ron has already been in touch with his contacts on the ship!
Despite the impressive list of clientele, I think it significant that your product has made a significant transformation to a modest but beautiful traditional, residential village property, opposite a 13th century castle in a conservation area. Once the restoration is complete you should have enthusiastic but competent photographer Commodore Ron Warwick photograph Nunney castle from within the conservatory space of Brook House, and vice versa from the castle looking back at the house. Both views will be stunning.
