I can not fault the FGC team and most importantly the doors! We love our new Frameless Glass Curtains. We had a few delays on our project and adjusting the install date was never any problem for FGC.

From the start they have been knowledgeable, polite and happy to spend time helping us with our queries. From ordering to installation they kept us informed and kept to realistic deadlines, managing our expectations well.
During installation they were on schedule, prompt, respectful, clean, tidy, and cleaned up after themselves.
After sales service has been excellent.
We are happy if people would like to come and see the product in situ provided it doesn’t prove too onerous.

Initial contact was done by our neighbour at Kingswood so cannot comment, however, the price we were initially quoted was incorrect and significantly lower than it turned out to be. Not sure why. For 5 star review note that the paintwork on the front door and window sills does become coated with dust from the drilling and a 5 second wipe down would have enhanced the finished job. We did not receive any official acknowledgement of my initial cheque. So in summary, good product but admin could be improved.

We had a small issue with the opening door, we contacted FGC and they arranged for a team to come. They sorted the issue very quickly then cleaned the runners and door seals, fully tested the operation of the doors and carried an additional mod on the door handle. All done and dusted with an hour.
