We were called on by our client in Leicester to provide a solution to the porch of their home. The property benefitted from the original timber entrance porch and our client wanted to keep this visible as much as possible as it was very much a feature in the home.
At the same time, they wanted their front entrance porch to provide weather protection as well as helping to keep it warmer and keep any items left in the porch secure and dry.
At Frameless Glass Curtains Ltd, we have already provided many different types of solutions for customers wanting the same benefits of our frameless bifolding doors but for internal or external doors that were required to swing rather than slide and fold.
We utilised the same procedures to these frameless glass entrance doors as we do to our exceptional bifolding doors to create something different for this customer’s home. They opted for our Glass Porch Doors.
The doors were manufactured from 10mm toughened safety glass and fitted to top quality stainless steel path fittings. The doors also benefit from secure locking and our innovative glass handles, helping to keep the porch as frame free as possible seeing only the maximum possible glass area.
We hope you will agree this is a totally different type of porch to the many that are manufactured from pvcu or full framed aluminium doors. From certain angles it can hardly be seen – testament to the frameless nature of all our products.
